1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Golf Studio website, booking system, memberships, facilities and services.

By making a booking, purchasing a membership, purchasing a gift voucher or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

The Golf Studio reserves the right to amend, reschedule or cancel bookings where necessary due to operational requirements, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their booking details are correct at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Customers who fail to attend a booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

4. Late Arrivals

Customers are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before their booking time.

Late arrivals will not receive additional time and all bookings will end at their scheduled finish time to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.

5. Memberships

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.

Members may cancel their membership by providing a minimum of 30 days' notice.

Membership benefits, included hours and member rates may be amended from time to time. Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.

The Golf Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where these Terms & Conditions are breached.

6. Use of Facilities

Customers must follow all instructions provided by The Golf Studio staff.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient space before swinging a golf club.

Customers must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner at all times.

The Golf Studio reserves the right to refuse entry, terminate bookings or remove individuals from the premises where behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, disruptive or inappropriate.

7. Children & Young Persons

Anyone under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the facilities.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for the behaviour and safety of minors attending The Golf Studio.

8. Food & Drink

Food and drink are permitted within designated seating and social areas.

Food and drink are not permitted within the active simulator hitting areas.

Customers are expected to dispose of waste responsibly and help maintain a clean environment for all visitors.

9. Alcohol

Alcohol may be consumed responsibly on the premises.

The Golf Studio reserves the right to refuse service, refuse entry or terminate bookings where customers are intoxicated or behaving in an unsafe manner.

10. Equipment & Property Damage

Customers are expected to treat all facilities, simulator equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings with care.

Any deliberate, reckless or negligent damage caused to equipment or property may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the responsible individual.

The Golf Studio reserves the right to recover reasonable costs associated with any damage caused.

11. Personal Property

Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings.

The Golf Studio accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal possessions while visiting the premises.

12. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased and redeemed in accordance with any conditions stated at the time of purchase.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Additional gift voucher terms may apply.

13. Health & Safety

Customers participate in golf-related activities at their own risk.

By using the facilities, customers acknowledge the inherent risks associated with swinging golf clubs and using simulator equipment.

The Golf Studio accepts no liability for injuries sustained through misuse of equipment, failure to follow instructions or unsafe behaviour.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

14. Website Use

All website content, branding, images and materials remain the property of The Golf Studio unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Information on the website is provided in good faith but may be amended at any time without notice.

15. Privacy

The collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our website, booking system or services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with that policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

The Golf Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
